President Joe Biden and Donald Trump have already negotiated, although Tuesday's Illinois primary will not result in the Democratic and Republican presidential nominations.

The two White House candidates are said to have been boosted directly and indirectly by Illinois money.

He Chicago Sun-Times and WBEZ provided the analysis of the Illinois money, which was pumped into the race for the White House. They did this analysis based on data from the Federal Electoral Commission.

The FF PAC, founded by Future Forward USA Action, is the main super PAC supporting Biden's candidacy. Four Chicago contributors, including Fred Eychaner, president of the Alphawood Foundation and chief executive officer of Newsweb Corp.are involved in the campaign.

Eychaner is known as an advocate for the arts and a major philanthropist, and has been a major contributor to Democratic causes for years.

Eychaner donated $2 million to FF PAC in November and Biden awarded him a National Medal of Arts in March 2023, stating during the event: “Supporting the arts is a calling. For decades, she has been a major supporter of dance companies, art museums and historic preservation, especially in her beloved Chicago.”

Monetary contributors have options when they want to help a presidential candidate. They can send the money to a super PAC that supports the candidacy or contribute directly to a candidate's campaign committee.
