Israel's military says Israeli soldiers “violated orders” by tying a wounded Palestinian to the hood of their vehicle, apparently using him as a human shield. Al Jazeera's Nour Odeh reports from the scene in Jenin, where several other Palestinians were also injured during the Israeli incursion into the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
