ESSENTIAL CONTRATED OF THE GAZA FIRE COSE PLAN OF 20 TRUMP POINTS

The Palestinians wait to buy bread in the city of Gaza, February 3, 2025.

Washington: The president of the United States, Donald Trump, published on Monday a peace proposal of 20 points for Gaza that would end the war between Israel and Hamas and would require the return of all the hostages that live and die within 72 hours of a high fire.

The plan leaves many details for negotiators to turn off and shave the acceptance of the Hamas combatants who launched the war against Israel on October 7, 2023. It refers to a remedicized gaza as “Nueva Gaza”.

These are the main elements of the plan that resulted from intense negotiations in recent weeks between Trump and his team, and Israeli and Arab leaders:

  • If both parties agree on the proposal, the war will end immediately. Israeli forces will partially withdraw to prepare for a hostage launch. All military operations will be suspended and the battle lines will freeze in place until the conditions for the “complete withdrawal of stages” of the Israeli forces are met.
  • Within 72 hours that Israel publicly accepts the proposal, all hostages, alive and dead, will be returned. Once all hostages are released, Israel will release 250 Palestinian prisoners who serve perpetual chain plus 1,700 Gazans arrested after the start of the conflict on October 7, 2023. For each Israeli hostage whose remains are released, Israel will release the remains of 15 dead gazanes.
  • Once all hostages are released, Hamas members “who commit themselves to peaceful coexistence” and will renounce weapons will be given amnesty. Hamas members who wish to leave Gaza will receive a safe step to receiving countries.
  • After the acceptance of this agreement, the full aid will be sent immediately to the Gaza Strip, with amounts consistent with the levels ordered under an agreement of January 19, 2025. Help deliveries will proceed without interference from Israel or Hamas through the United Nations and related agencies.
  • A “homeless” gaza will not represent a threat to its neighbors and will be “rebuilt” for the benefit of the Gazanes.
  • The Trump Plan foresees a “Peace Board” of international supervisors led by Trump himself and included former British prime minister Tony Blair in an indefinite role. Gaza will be governed under the temporary transition governance of a “technocratic and apolitical” committee composed of Palestinians and international experts, which the Peace Board will supervise. This group will establish the framework and manage the financing for the redevelopment of Gaza until the Palestinian authority has suffered important reforms.
  • A Trump Economic Development Plan will be created to rebuild Gaza calling for a panel of experts “that have helped give birth to some of the prosperous modern miraculous cities in the Middle East.” A special economic zone will be established with preferred rates and access rates that will be negotiated with the participating countries.
  • According to the plan, no one will be forced to leave Gaza, who has suffered great damage during the war, and those who wish to leave will be free to do so and freely to return. “We will encourage people to stay and offer them the opportunity to build a better gaza,” says the plan.
  • Hamas and other factions would accept not having any role in the Gaza government, directly or indirectly. All military infrastructure, including tunnel production facilities and weapons, will be destroyed. Independent monitors will supervise Gaza's demilitarization.
  • “The new Gaza will be completely committed to the construction of a prosperous economy and the peaceful coexistence with its neighbors,” according to the plan.
  • Regional partners will work to ensure that Hamas and related factions comply with their obligations and that the new Gaza does not represent a threat.
  • The United States will work with Arab and international partners to develop a temporary international stabilization force to immediately deploy in Gaza.
  • Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza. The Israeli Defense Forces will progressively deliver the territory of Gaza that it occupies to the International Stabilization Force.
  • The plan is vague on a path to Palestinian status. He says that while Gaza's re -urbanization progresses and when the Palestinian authority reforms, “the conditions can finally be in their place for a credible path to Palestinian self -determination and the State, which we recognize as the aspiration of the Palestinian people.”
  • The United States will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a “political horizon for peaceful and prosperous coexistence.”
