Dubai: Dubai police arrested a man accused of performing hair transplantation procedures without a license inside his residential apartment, attracting customers with “easy and attractive offers.”

According to Dubai police, the suspect was arrested “with his hands in the dough” while performing the proceedings without a license. The arrest followed a raid made in cooperation with the Health Authority of Dubai (DHA).

The investigations revealed that the man lived in a three -bedroom floor, two of which were used for family purposes, while the third had become an impromptu clinic. Police officers discovered medical instruments, drugs, anesthetics and disinfectants on the site, all of which were confiscated.

In a statement, the Dubai police said: “The suspect was endangering lives performing medical procedures without the required license or compliance with health and safety standards. These practices are a clear violation of the EAU law.”

Dubai police urged public members to avoid offers without a license or deceptive. “We strongly advise the members of the community who seek services only in registered and licensed clinics. The fall in illegal or suspicious offers can put lives at serious risk,” the statement added.
