'Make America Great Again' (MAGA) advocate and former US President Donald Trump said at the Black Conservative Federation Gala in South Carolina that he is liked by black voters because of his multiple accusations and mugshots.

Trump claimed: “They impeached me for nothing. They were doing it because it's election interference. And then they impeached me a second, third and fourth time.” He suggested that black people appreciate him because of the discrimination they have faced.

Referring to his mugshot, Trump said, “The mugshot, we've all seen it, and you know who embraced it more than anyone else? Black people.”

During another speech, Fox News interrupted coverage of a rally to air multiple fact-checks of Trump's statements.

Host Neil Cavuto emphasized: “While you are entitled to your opinion, you are not entitled to your own set of facts, which precede corrections on topics like the stock market and the 2020 election.”

Trump previously urged Alabama lawmakers to quickly address a recent state supreme court ruling that halted in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments in the state.

Trump demanded that lawmakers “act quickly to find an immediate solution” to protect IVF following the surprising court decision.
