Joe Biden attacks Donald Trump, who will almost certainly be his electoral rival again in November.
The president of the United States has made his case for another four years in the White House in a State of the Union address that sounded more like a campaign speech.
Joe Biden touted his accomplishments and took aim at his Republican rival Donald Trump.
Polls predict a close race for the November elections.
And Biden will have to work hard to convince undecided voters.
