The LCC will use iPort DCS (Departure Control System) to manage passenger handling, baggage and boarding and improve the overall customer experience with iPort-enabled automation.

iPort DCS’s innovative end-to-end service offering is designed to increase efficiency in the check-in and boarding process, provide large-scale self-service capabilities, improve immigration security and compliance, reduce wait times and improve the accuracy of information management.
By automating many of the routine tasks associated with check-in and boarding, the system can allow airlines to operate more efficiently and reduce costs.
Most importantly, by providing real-time information to airline staff, the system improves communication and provides a better overall customer experience.
Additionally, ancillary sales, weight and balance, and biometric self-boarding are within the scope of iPort.
