“We are very excited to enter the Scandinavian market with this unique project and bring our Lean Luxury philosophy to Stockholm.

“By designing and building modularly, centralizing further, and constantly automating behind the scenes, we are making luxurious and unique hotel experiences affordable for our guests, while creating a more agile and adaptable cost structure, which in turn means lower risks for our real estate partners.

“Entering the Swedish market marks an important milestone for us. We are grateful for the trust and great cooperation of our partner Alecta Fastigheter. “We are now focused on growth and establishing a strong presence in Sweden and throughout Scandinavia.”

Furthermore, the group has opened its seventh workspace in Europe, with the presentation of Ruby Ninu in Malta. The 1,090 square meter facility is located in the Pendergardens complex in St. Julian's and features private offices as well as 125 workspaces and amenities including barista coffee, tea, fresh fruit and internet connectivity.
