Resident Hotels is about to open its fifth London property, located on Long Lane in the city's Farringdon district.
Planning permission has been granted for The Resident Farringdon, which will be situated near the Elizabeth Line entrance to Farringdon station.
The 128-room hotel will have a small garden, a lounge with a library and a restaurant, cafe and commercial space managed by third parties.
The news comes as the group prepares to open The Resident Edinburgh, their sixth UK property and first in Scotland.
The 164-room hotel is located in a converted office building in Drumsheugh Gardens in Edinburgh's West End district and is now accepting bookings from 1 September.

Formerly known as Nadler HotelsThe group currently operates four properties in the London boroughs of Covent Gardens, Kensington, Soho and Victoria, as well as a 106-room hotel on Seel Street in Liverpool.
