Meanwhile, HQ Detroit Hotel & Spa will offer 174 rooms, a specialty restaurant and a café. A planned opening date for this property has not yet been announced.
Sbe said a further ten Project headquarters locations were being discussed, through a combination of conversion and adaptive reuse developments.
