On-demand luxury car transportation service Wheely arrives in Dubai – Business Traveler

Wheely, a Swiss-founded British luxury ground transportation provider offering on-demand, pre-booked chauffeur-driven luxury cars, launched in Dubai this week.

Its entry into Dubai also coincides with the introduction of its new Business Class product in the Middle East.

New Business Class features BMW vehicles alongside Wheely's existing fleet of Mercedes-Benz. New Business Class offers the latest BMW 5 Series vehicles, equipped with Evian water, tissues, disinfectant wipes and phone chargers.

The New Business Class product joins other Wheely offerings, including New First Class, XL, Perfect Airport Pickup and Chauffeur for a Day.

The new First Class features a new-generation long-wheelbase Mercedes-Benz S-Class with reclining seats and privacy blinds. Signature amenities include cooling towels and an Acqua Di Parma diffuser.

XL is aimed at small groups and families who can make use of a Mercedes-Benz V-Class that offers substantial space for passengers and luggage, and even has a child seat available on request.

Perfect Airport Pickup helps airport transfers by integrating flight tracking technology, ensuring that drivers arrive on time and show up at the arrivals hall with personalized signs with the names of incoming passengers. Meanwhile, Chauffeur for a Day allows customers to book a car for a full day.

Anton Chirkunov, Founder and CEO of Wheely, said: “Today marks an important milestone for Wheely with our launch in Dubai, a city that tops the list of destinations requested by our customers. Many of the world's most successful people are moving to Dubai, reflecting its growing status as a global center of innovation and luxury. “We are excited to bring Wheely’s personalized services to a city that is quickly becoming a vital hub for international business and high-end living.”

In addition to Dubai, Wheely services are also available in other major cities including London and Paris. Over the next 18 to 24 months, Wheely says it plans to create more than 500 jobs in Dubai and grow its team and driver network in the Middle East to more than 1,000 within 3 to 5 years.

Wheely has also established its new Customer Experience Center in Dubai, providing 24×7 support to its customers. Replicating the success of its London Chauffeur Academy, Wheely now plans to introduce a dedicated Chauffeur Academy in Dubai. “Our drivers are the cornerstone of the Wheely experience,” added Chirkunov. “Their professionalism and dedication are vital to delivering on our promise of luxury, privacy and convenience to our most discerning clients.”
