Berlin-based NUMA currently operates more than 5,850 units in properties in Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Belgium, Norway, Switzerland and Denmark.
The group has partnered with New World Hospitality Group on the London opening and is also targeting other UK properties in locations including Brighton, Manchester, Bristol, Belfast, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Philipp Rohweder, real estate director of the NUMA Group, commented on the news:
