Commenting on the addition of Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch, Sir Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Group, said:

“We are all absolutely delighted that Virgin Hotels Collection is opening a Virgin hotel in London. Since the creation of Virgin Hotels, we have had our sights set on London; a place that many of our customers call home or mention as one of their favorite destinations and, of course, where the Virgin story began.

“At Virgin, we have been revolutionizing the travel industry for over 40 years, from land to air and sea, even to space. Our success comes from identifying where we can make a difference.

“Virgin Atlantic customers have always told me that we give them a wonderful experience in the sky, but they don't have the same Virgin experience when they land. Well, we have solved it in Las Vegas, New York, Edinburgh and now London too.”
