Minor Hotels is expanding into Singapore with the launch of its Avani Hotels & Resorts brand in 2027. The 13-storey, 200-room hotel will be located in the heart of Tanjong Pagar, a lively district with easy access to the central business district and Chinatown. Developed in partnership with Kajima Development and Al Wathba Investment, the property will offer a contemporary stay that blends Singapore’s rich heritage with modern urban development.
