Marriott's first StudioRes extended stay property to open in Florida – Business Traveler

Earlier this month, rival hotel group Hilton confirmed its new lower-midscale extended stay brand will be known as LivSmart Studios by Hilton.

Hilton said the brand had “received tremendous interest from owners and developers in just six months and currently has more than 350 deals in various stages of negotiation.”
