Marriott signs third Ritz-Carlton hotel and first Marquis hotel in Beijing, China
Dark/light mode (04/01/24) Marriott has signed an agreement with Beijing North Star to open the third The Ritz-Carlton hotel and the first Marriott Marquis hotel in Beijing.
Scheduled to open in 2026, the Ritz-Carlton Beijing, North and the Beijing Marriott Marquis Hotel will be part of the China National Convention Center Phase II, a large complex of approximately 780,000 m2 with hotels, shops, offices, leisure facilities and different spaces for conferences, exhibitions and events.

We look forward to delivering an unprecedented level of accommodation and service to visitors and local residents.”

Hotels and the China National Convention Center Phase II are approximately 20 kilometers from Beijing Capital International Airport, while leisure and cultural attractions such as the National Stadium (Bird's Nest), National Aquatics Center (Water Cube ) and the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum are within walking distance.
Designed by internationally acclaimed interior design firm Yabu Pushlberg Inc., The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, North is expected to feature 282 guest rooms and suites, six food and beverage outlets, an indoor pool, fitness center, spa and 968 m² of space for meetings and event space.
The Beijing Marriott Marquis Hotel is expected to offer 671 rooms and suites, a variety of food and beverage outlets, a swimming pool, a fitness center, 3,207 square meters of meeting and event space and an executive lounge – M Club.
