Manchester prepares to welcome second Malmaison property – Business Traveler

The interiors have been inspired by Manchester's industrial heritage and contributions to art and music, and the rooms pay homage to the retro designs of the 1960s and 1970s.

Malmaison and its sister brands Hotel du Vin They were acquired by Frasers Hospitality in 2015and the Manchester Deansgate property will be Malmaison's 18th, including Malmaison York, which opened in 2021.

Malmaison York will open this spring

Rates at the Malmaison Manchester Deansgate start from £120 per room only, including the tourist tax recently introduced by the city.

Commenting on the news, Scott Harper, COO of Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, said:

“Bringing SORA to Manchester alongside our signature Malmaison Bar & Grill made perfect sense, revitalizing Malmaison’s food and drink offering in the city and further positioning the brand as a unique dining destination.”
