Lot Polish Airlines has begun cabin improvements with the delivery of its first products of Recaro aircraft seats, part of a larger order of approximately 14,000 seats for its new Boeing 737 Max 8 and Airbus A220 plane. Manufactured in the świebodzin de Recaro facilities, Livian R2 seats will be installed in 13 new B737 Max 8s established to join the fleet by 2026.
The seats are designed to improve the comfort and sustainability of the passenger, which weighs less than 10 kg each to support fuel efficiency and lower emissions.
