Hilton has announced a new partnership with outdoor hospitality company AutoCamp.
The move will allow customers to book AutoCamp stays through Hilton channels, in addition to allowing Hilton Honors members to earn and redeem points on their stays.
AutoCamp offers a variety of luxury cabins, Airstreams, and tents in locations like Yosemite, Joshua Tree, Cape Cod, and Sequoia throughout the United States.
AutoCamp facilities include The Clubhouse social hub, community fire pits, group meeting spaces and swimming pools (in select locations).
Hilton said its recent Trends Report highlighted that “nearly half of travelers will prioritize exploration and adventure, and more than half of Gen Z and Millennials will allocate more budget to these types of experiences, outpacing others.” generations.”
No information has been provided at this stage as to when bookings through Hilton will be available, or what earning and redemption rates will be offered. Hilton said “more details of the partnership with AutoCamp will be announced soon.”
The deal follows Hilton's recent partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World, which will make select properties available for booking through Hilton channels, as well as offering Hilton Honors members new earning and redemption opportunities.
