Gulf Air to launch seasonal service to AlUla – Business Traveler

Gulf Air, Bahrain's national airline, has added a new seasonal route to Saudi Arabia.

From February 3, flights to AlUla will begin. These flights will operate twice a week until March 6, 2024, and then from April 10 to 27, 2024, using an A320 neo aircraft.

GF 0191 will depart Bahrain International at 3:10 p.m. and land in AlUla at 5:30 p.m. The return flight, GF0192, will depart AlUla International at 6:15 pm and land back in Bahrain at 8:05 pm

Gulf Air, one of the oldest airlines in the Middle East, has operated flights to and from Saudi Arabia since 1950.

Gulf Air's global network has now reached 54 destinations.

With the addition of AlUla's seasonal flights starting in February, the number of destinations Gulf Air serves in Saudi Arabia will reach six.

Gulf Air to start flights to China in 2024

Another airline in the region, Qatar Airways, recently started services to AlUla from Doha.

Qatar's national airline has begun operating two weekly flights to AlUla, bringing the total number of destinations in Saudi Arabia to 10.

Therefore, it operates 125 weekly flights between AlUla, Dammam, Gassim, Jeddah, Medina, NEOM, Riyadh, Tabuk, Taif and Yanbu.
