Ramadan specials will include an Iftar menu that combines Emirati flavors with a modern twist, with dishes such as lentil soup, Arabic mezze, lamb and date meatballs with saffron rice, lamb bukhari with smoked cardamom yoghurt, machbous shredded chicken with chaami cheese and pickled onion, braised lamb with rice noodles, fresh salads, warm umm ali dessert, Vimto mousse and date olive oil cake, and more, all made with as many ingredients as possible sustainable, premium and locally sourced.

In addition to the Iftar menus on board, passengers traveling through Etihad lounges in Abu Dhabi, New York, Washington DC and London Heathrow will also be able to enjoy traditional Ramadan refreshments such as laban, Vimto, karkade, date milk and cucumber moisturizing. soft drinks and rose milk.
