Emaar Hospitality, the hospitality division of Emaar Properties, has renamed Address Fountain Views to Address Dubai Mall, effective January 8, 2024.
Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the new Address Dubai Mall is directly connected to Dubai Mall and the recently opened Chinatown Dubai Mall via an air-conditioned walkway.
Located just steps from the Burj Khalifa, the newly rebranded property features 193 rooms and 783 residences. In addition, it has six restaurants, a spa with a gym and an infinity pool. Event facilities on the property include meeting rooms and ballrooms to accommodate meetings of various sizes.

Kempinski recently signed a partnership with Abu Dhabi National Hotels to re-flag Address Boulevard and Address Dubai Mall, which are now known as Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai and Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai.
Three Dubai hotels to join JW Marriott and Autograph brands
Separately, Abu Dhabi National Hotels also announced that effective January 1, 2024, three of its properties in Dubai will rebrand under Marriott’s JW and Autograph Collection brands. The Address Dubai Marina will be known as JW Marriott Hotel Marina, while the Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel will become Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, and the Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel will be renamed The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection.
