Serviced apartment operator Cheval Collection will reopen its Cheval Phoenix House property on 1 July.
The property, located a three-minute walk from Sloane Square in Chelsea, will reopen this summer after a 15-month refurbishment, which included a reconfiguration of all 34 apartments, upgrades to fixtures and a modernization of the interior design.
Apartments range from studios to one- and two-bedroom configurations, all with a fully equipped modern kitchen, increased closet space and updated water, electrical and heating systems. This includes smart lighting to meet sustainability standards.
The interiors feature modern, minimalist contemporary decor, with custom-made artwork on display. Other facilities included include a 24-hour reception and a fitness centre.
Opening rates start from £390 for a studio apartment, £490 for a one-bedroom apartment and £790 for a two-bedroom apartment, with a special 20 per cent offer for those who book before June 30, 2024 .
