Aman Resorts, renowned for its unique approach to relaxation and tranquility, will make its debut in the UAE with the launch of Aman Dubai.
Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the new property will be located in a prime location on Jumeirah Beach, with unobstructed views of the rich coastal surroundings, blue waters and city skyline. Kerry Hill Architects has designed other Aman properties, including Aman Tokyo, Aman Niseko and Aman Kyoto, which has been described as a masterpiece, as well as Amanyangyun in Shanghai. The design firm is known to draw inspiration from a resort environment, seamlessly weaving natural materials with the Aman brand's ultra-luxe, minimalist and contemporary aesthetic. Aman Dubai will do the same, featuring local stone in a palette of desert hues, while connecting subterranean spaces and courtyards with nine acres of lush green gardens that lead guests to the beach and private spaces.
Aman Resorts was founded by Indonesian Adrian Zecha in 1998, and currently has 34 properties in 20 countries. The new Aman Dubai project is owned by Bright Start, a prestigious real estate investment company with a diverse offering of high-end residential developments, commercial premises and hotel projects among its selected portfolio of real estate assets. The company will work closely with Aman in the development of the new project, which will be led by leading real estate developer H&H Development.

The new property will be an all-suite complex, comprising several carefully curated restaurants, an extensive Aman Spa spanning over 2,000 square metres, an Aman Club and a limited number of Aman branded residences. It will be located in a prime location at Jumeirah 2, on the Jumeirah Beach strip, between the Four Seasons Resort Dubai and the soon-to-open Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.
