Air France launches new meal boxes for short-haul business class customers – Business Traveler

Air France has introduced new “gourmet meal boxes” for business class customers on short-haul routes.

The boxes have been developed in collaboration with François Adamski, Servair corporate chef and winner of the Bocuse d'Or and Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

Customers traveling on flights departing before 10:00 will receive breakfast boxes containing sandwiches with fillings including smoked salmon and cream cheese, as well as a pastry.

Meanwhile, for services leaving after 10:00, boxes will include signature sandwiches with fillings including chicken with smoked paprika and tarragon vegetables, as well as typical French sweets and desserts such as calisson, cannelé and tropézienne.
