Air France launches new concierge services in Paris CDG – Business Traveler

Air France will launch a range of new concierge services at Paris CDG next month, with options payable in cash or Flying Blue miles.

Air France Conciergerie launches on June 11 for economy, premium economy and business class customers traveling on flights operated by the airline or codeshare partners.

Departing passengers can purchase a package that includes a private transfer from addresses in central Paris or within a 40 km radius of Paris CDG, a personal greeting by a concierge upon arrival at the airport, and baggage handling and check-in at a Sky Priority desk.

Customers will also be escorted to an Air France lounge (when eligible) and to the boarding gate via priority lanes.

Rates start at €400 for one person (or 80,000 miles), but there are savings for groups of up to four people (for example, the cost for four people to use the service is €550 or 110,000 miles). For groups of more than four people, additional concierges are needed “to guarantee the best service”, so the cost increases: for example, a group of five will cost 950 euros or 190,000 miles.

For transit customers, the service includes being greeted when the customer disembarks at Paris CDG, before being escorted to the lounge (when eligible) and throughout the connection process through priority lanes and to the boarding gate. .

Transit service rates range from €300 or 60,000 miles for one person to €450 or 90,000 miles for a group of four people.

Finally, the arrival option includes being greeted by a concierge upon disembarking from the plane, escorted to the baggage claim area via priority lanes, baggage collection and transfer to the vehicle, and private transfer to addresses within a 40 km radius of Paris CDG.

Arrival package rates are similar to those for departure customers, from €400 or 80,000 miles for one person, to €550 or 110,000 miles for a group of four people.

Air France Conciergerie can be booked up to 18 hours before departure, and French- and English-speaking concierges call customers before their flight to finalize arrangements. You can see more information about the service. here.
