Accor will debut the TRIBE brand in Poland – Business Traveler

Accor has announced plans for the latest property for its mid-range lifestyle brand TRIBE, and the first in Poland.

The new TRIBE Kraków Stare Miasto will open next year near the Kraków Glówny train station, the Galeria Krakowska shopping center and Planty Park.

Features will include a restaurant, bar, gym and wellness area, with design elements including dark colours, velvet curtains and chevron floors, “inspired by the artistic vision of David Lynch”.

Common areas will also feature film posters by Polish artists and “elements inspired by William Eggleston and Edward Hopper.”

Accor acquired Australian hotel group Mantra in 2018 and with it a single existing hotel in Perth under the name TRIBE. The group later announced plans Launch the brand as a mid-scale four-star offering..

Recent openings include TRIBE Phnom Penh Post Office Square and TRIBE London Canary Wharfand a 167-room property is currently being developed at Budapest Airport.
