Accor signs contract with Raffles Hotel in Tokyo, Japan
Dark/Light Mode (07/23/24) Accor has signed an agreement with World Trade Center Building and Tokyo Tatemono to open the landmark Raffles Hotels & Resorts brand in Tokyo, Japan.
Scheduled to open in 2028, Raffles Tokyo will be part of the redevelopment of Tokyo's iconic World Trade Center (WTC).
Set to occupy the top 46 floors of the WTC building, a landmark in Tokyo since its completion in 1970, Raffles Tokyo will have direct access to Hamamatsuchō train station and will be in close proximity to some of the city’s most notable landmarks, including Tokyo Tower, Roppongi Museum and Rainbow Bridge.
Raffles Tokyo is expected to open in 2028
Designed by Layan, the luxury hotel is expected to feature 130 rooms, including 27 suites.
The facilities will include six food and beverage outlets, a gym, a swimming pool, a spa, a public bath and more than 1,156 square meters of multi-purpose meeting and event spaces.
