Accor reports record financial performance in the last year – Business Traveler

Accor has published reports on its financial performance in 2023 and revealed a record EBITDA of more than €1 billion for the first time in its history, an increase of 49% on the previous year. The world's leading French hotel company's revenue per available room grew 23% more than the previous year, while its total revenue increased 20%, reaching €5,056 million. Meanwhile, the group's share of the company's net profit, at €63 million, increased by 57%.

In the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific region, there was a 19% increase in RevPAR, while Southeast Asia saw a comparable growth rate. Other regions witnessing notable growth include France, the United Kingdom, Germany and America. In 2023, Accor also received an impressive “A” rating from the CDP for its proactive focus on sustainability and measures taken to address climate change, making it one of 141 companies worldwide to receive this award.
