If you're looking to get the best deal and the most features, I suggest the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max. It is the retailer's most premium device, offering the highest video quality with 4K Ultra High Definition support, HDR10+ for enhanced colors, Dolby Atmos for the most immersive sound, and Wi-Fi 6 technology for the smoothest streaming experience.
It's true that the previous generation model was cheaper than this one before it was discontinued, but now this is the only way to get the faster, more responsive version of Amazon's streaming device.
I will issue a caveat, though: Prices for all Fire TV Stick models will almost definitely be cheaper later this year during the retailer's big Amazon Prime Day sale. If you want and can wait until then, you could save even more compared to today, maybe $5 to $10.
Of course, you must be a Prime member to access those deals, which cost $14.99 per month. So if you're not signed up, or don't plan to sign up when the sale starts in July, today's deals are just as good.
