Titan Quest 2 finally received its first gameplay trailer as part of the THQ Nordic Showcase 2024.
The Greek mythology-inspired hack ‘n’ slash sequel, which was first announced during last year’s showcase, is now available to wishlist for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. Sadly, neither THQ Nordic nor developer Grimlore Games have yet announced a release date for the highly-anticipated title.
He Titan Quest 2 The gameplay trailer shows off a gorgeous world map that, like the original game, is presented from a top-down isometric viewpoint. The player character is seen exploring the map, visiting towns, and fighting mythological creatures across the world map. Also of note is the excellent soundtrack that has notes of Greek inspiration. Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Supergiant hell series.
As expected from a game of this type, Titan Quest 2 will feature what appears to be a robust skill tree system, allowing players to unlock new skills separated by an increasing number of levels. Presumably, the higher the level, the more powerful the skill or ability.
We also get to see a selection of themed and detailed armor sets. While there's nothing too fantastical here, at least in this trailer, there will hopefully be potential for players to transfigure gear to add some flair to their build, just as can be done in Diablo 4.
We hope that Titan Quest 2 There may still be a bit of work to be done. The combat display against a larger enemy towards the end of the trailer has choppy animation, so there's likely still some polishing to be done before the next game hits the market. Regardless, it's great to see that. Titan Quest 2 It seems to be going well, especially for fans of the 2006 original.
