Adobe and TikTok have launched a “first-of-its-kind integration,” bringing the video hosting app's Creative Assistant to social media design tool Adobe Express.
For businesses and content creators eager to tackle the massive platform, it can be a bit overwhelming, or even discouraging, to see few results from short-form video content. The Adobe-TikTok team should make it simple to produce video content quickly, with a professional polish that matches even the best video editing apps, with data and performance analysis, suggestions and TikTok templates, all accessible from Express.
The AI assistant, which was previously only available through TikTok's Creative Hub, promises to collaborate with brands to create organic and paid creative content across the platform.
What can content creators expect?
Content creation has never been more important: HubSpot reports that more than half of all consumers watch videos to learn about a product's brand, and an estimated 91% of businesses use the medium as a marketing tool.
That makes platforms like TikTok immensely powerful, and is where the new Adobe Express integration comes into play.
To help businesses and creators succeed on what has quickly become an essential social media platform, Creative Assistant can offer tips, trends, and best practice advice. Users will now also get insights into high-performing ads and hashtags in the app, with data direct from TikTok's Creative Center.
As one of the best graphic design software for producing social media assets, Adobe Express already offers video templates for TikTok, allowing designers and editors to create, schedule, and publish on the platform. However, now Creative Assistant will enable even greater online collaboration and workflow optimization, with AI capable of creating and editing scripts and adding suggestions to make the video stand out.
Interestingly, the official announcement said, “Starting with Adobe Express, creators have access to thousands of professionally designed templates, Adobe Stock video clips, audio, stickers, and an Adobe Express TikTok video maker.” Could we one day see the first TikTok integrations in companies like Rush and Premiere Pro?
