The leak shows that the new ASUS Phone 8 series could have a more striking and resistant design

Several new HD images have been leaked for ASUS’ upcoming ROG Phone 8 series. It will consist of the standard model and the Phone 8 Pro variant.

These images come from MySmartPrice, and if you compare them to the current ROG Phone 7 lineup, you’ll notice some substantial design changes. If the images are accurate, the rear camera array will be housed in a more square-shaped bump with the sensors placed on top of each other. It’s even quite reminiscent of certain Xiaomi phones. Below the lenses are LED light points in the shape of the ROG eye logo. Both models will have them, but according to the report, users will be able to program them into the Phone 8 Pro to presumably change the icon. Other ASUS products, such as the ROG Strix Flare II keyboard, have similar functionality.
