The answers to today’s Quordle, game #931, are…

Phew! I only solved today’s Quordle on the last guess, having nearly lost to TRITE. That word cost me two tries and left me needing to solve FUNKY on the last guess, though thankfully that was the only word left open to me. It was another reminder, if I needed one, that it’s a better strategy to play an option-reduction strategy if there’s a word with multiple options in the later stages. Instead of guessing TRIBE and then TRIKE before finally settling on TRITE, I should have identified the options earlier and chosen BROTH or something that would have ruled out two answers and left me with just one to play. Still, I escaped with my relatively newly formed streak still intact.
