I've never practiced yoga and almost certainly never will. My knowledge of yoga is minimal at best. So, yes, I had a hard time solving today's Strands. I'm not complaining; millions of people practice yoga every day, it's a perfectly legitimate inclusion in the game, but it's just not right for me.
So I needed a combination of guesses and clues to solve it, which never makes for a very satisfying experience. Well, there's always tomorrow.
