GSMA is associated with Netlync to launch the next -generation devices rights platform

The new platform allows mobile network operators around the world to optimize device activation and administration, improving user connectivity and experience

September 4, 2025, London -GSMA, the Global Association of Mobile Industry, announced today the launch of GSMA rights, a new cloud -based innovative platform to help mobile operators quickly activate and administer next -generation characteristics and applications on devices that operate with Apple and Android platforms.

In association with the Telecom Netlync Software Company, GSMA DERTITLEMENTS helps mobile network operators (both MNO and MVNO) to simplify and accelerate the time it has been activating new services, including the transfer of ESIM, satellite messaging, RCS CROSS, 5G Data Administration, Vowifi and complementary devices. The platform is designed to help network operators overcome costly and complex incorporation processes, accelerate their time to market and meet the requirements of the device manufacturer, without the need to build or maintain their own rights infrastructure.

Traditional rights server settings require several months of personalized development and integration development using device manufacturer specifications, and the process is repeated when new features or specifications of device manufacturers arise.

Sianne Ryder, general manager, GSMA Services, said: “The rights of GSMA marks a great step forward to simplify the activation of mobile characteristics. As connectivity evolves, operators need fast, safe solutions and that comply with the manufacturer of devices by default. Our platform eliminates the integration load, shorten the deployment times and help to the operators of all the sizes of experiences without problems between devices and operating systems.”

GSMA Rights helps all operators quickly launch new functions in just four to six weeks using the Netlync Safety Safety Security Door (DSG). The service achieves this by combining SAAS and PAAS capabilities and unique integration with the GSMA network configuration exchange service (NSX). GSMA focuses more and more to allow a stronger participation of the manufacturer of operators through its interoperability solutions. GSMA rights, in addition to interoperability tests and NSX services, make it fulfill.

Solve a challenge throughout the industry

Mobile operators face a growing pressure to offer experiences of devices without problems and reduce operating costs while managing the complexity of multiple cases of use and processes and standards of manufacturers of ownership devices.

Google, Samsung and other Android device manufacturers now require rights servers for complete compatibility with the latest GSMA specifications for ESIM, RCS, complementary devices and 5G services. Apple requires rights to provision the characteristics of iOS, such as fast transfer of ESIM, Apple Watch, authentication of devices for Facetime and Imessage and Cross Platform RC. In response, most operators work with third -party suppliers or create personalized internal solutions, an expensive, slow and, often partial process, especially when new features or platforms are incorporated.

GSMA rights change that, allowing operators to centrally administer the activation of characteristics on the Android and iOS devices, authenticate users and devices, coordinate with device manufacturers and deliver policy -based configurations on the device, all on a central platform with advanced API with AI assistance and report characteristics.

Emir Aboulhosn, CEO and co -founder, Netlync, said: “Netlync Was Founded to Simplify Entitlement Deployments and Accelerate Innovation. With gsma entitlement, we're deliverying the industry's First True Entitlements-As-A-Service Platform, Built From The Ground Up For Speed, Transparency, And Agility. Hand-in-Hand With Oems and Carriers Worldwide, We're Enabling Operators of Every Size to Integrate New Features in Weeks, Measure Performance in Real Time, and Confidently Be Ready for The Future.

Key GSMA capabilities rights rights

GSMA Rights admit a wide range of future characteristics and cases, which include:

  • Platform led by developers for Self -Endbozar, Tests, Diagnostics and Reports
  • ESIM Transfer (Android)
  • Quick ESIM Transfer (iOS)
  • Multiplatform RCS messaging
  • VOLTA Y VOWIFI PROVISION
  • Android Wear (including Samsung)
  • Satellite messaging (Android)
  • Imessage and Facetime Authentication
  • Telephone number verification (Android)
  • EAP-AKA device authentication (iOS and Android)

The service also fully complies with the rights manufacturer's rights specifications (including GSMA TS.43) and leading operators already trust around the world. In addition, GSMA rights works together with existing law solutions, which offers a low -risk update route and future proof without interruption in current operations.

In fact, most customers of operators who have tried the service have integrated GSMA's rights in their OSS/BSS battery in just four weeks, using only two or three developers.

GSMA INDUSTRY SERVICES will organize a live web seminar of exhibition on “Improve the user experience for iPhone with exchange services and GSMA network configuration right” with Apple and Netlync on September 24 at 11:00 BST. Discover more:here.
