GSMA appoints 26-member board of directors to serve from January 2025 to December 2026
October 23, 2024: The GSMA has elected new members of the GSMA Board of Directors for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2025 until December 31, 2026. The GSMA Board has also elected José María Álvarez-Pallete López as president and Gopal Vittal as vice president. As president of the GSMA, Álvarez-Pallete López will oversee the strategic direction of the organization, which represents the world's mobile operators and companies in the broader mobile ecosystem.
