Looking Glass has announced a 27 -inch 5K light field screen that shows 3D content without headphones or glasses.
Glass 27 looking is designed for shared use, which projects 45 to 100 perspectives in a 53 -degree view cone. With a single inch thick and capable of showing 16 inches of virtual depth, it offers shared 3D experiences that were previously possible with specialized equipment.
Designed for the implementation of Plug-And-Play in offices or exhibitions, the screen admits flexible VESA assembly and can even work completely outside an iPad. This only reduces costs at the system level by approximately 35%, while reducing the general hardware footprint.
An innovative moment for 3D?
Developers can generate unity content on a PC and implement it on iPads on multiple platforms through TestFlight or the App Store, simplifying workflows. It has a wide support for 3D web pipes and simplified compatibility of cross devices.
