Dragon Age: The Guardian of the VeilThe release date trailer is officially here, giving us a new look at the upcoming role-playing game (RPG).
Although the release date was leaked ahead of time, we finally have official confirmation that The Guardian of the Veil will be released on October 31 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC.
Along with this announcement, we also get some new story details following the first 20-minute gameplay demo that debuted this summer. In the trailer, we see playable protagonist Rook on a quest to recruit his companions to fight the ancient elven gods they accidentally released, with third-person gameplay cutscenes interspersed throughout.
Perhaps one of the most exciting reveals in the trailer is the confirmation that fan-favorite character Morrigan will be returning with a new costume worthy of a wizard. We also get to see Solas seemingly in his Dreadwolf form taking on a dragon, something fans have been waiting to see for a decade.
