New Obligations: Black Ops 6 Leaks have apparently revealed Activison's plans for a cross-gen release of the game.
As reported by VGC, data miners have discovered files following the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 4 that seems to indicate on which platforms the next big thing will be Obligations The game will be released, as well as several editions.
According to the files, Black Ops 6 It will be a cross-generational release, meaning the game will not only come to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, but also PS4 and Xbox One.
Leaked screenshots, now circulating online, also show that players will be able to choose between two editions, the Standard edition and the Vault edition, and there will also be a “cross-gen pack” available.
There isn't too much information in terms of what each edition contains, but looking at the image, it appears that the Vault edition will come with more cosmetic skins and other goodies and will likely cost more than the Standard edition.
It also seems Modern Warfare 3 and war zone you will see a Fall collaboration at some point during Season 4. According to the file, the collection will be called 'Tracer Pack: Fallout Vault Dweller', while the image shows a group of operators dressed in Vault Tech's iconic blue and yellow jumpsuit, equipped with a Pip. -Boy and themed weapons.
Earlier this week, Microsoft revealed a new live-action trailer and announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Day one of Xbox Game Pass will arrive for all members.
A full game reveal will be shown during the Obligations Direct presentation on June 9, after the Xbox Games Showcase at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST. There, we'll likely see a full trailer that will hopefully show off the gameplay, characters, setting, and more.
