UK's Frasers Group acquires Swindon Outlet to boost retail strategy

Frasers Group plc (“Frasers Group” or “the Group”) announces the acquisition of Swindon Designer Outlet, marking a significant step towards achieving the Group's vision of building the most admired and attractive brand ecosystem on the planet.

Through acquisitions of strategic physical retail locations such as Swindon, Frasers Group supports the retail strategies of key brand partners including Nike, Adidas, BOSS, and aims to serve consumers across the UK with the best value and product offering.

Swindon Designer Outlet, opened in 1997, covers a total of 250,000 square feet and attracts over 3 million visitors a year. This announcement comes just a month after the group's strategic acquisition of Braehead shopping center and highlights the Frasers group's firm focus on expanding its property portfolio.

Frasers Group has acquired Swindon Designer Outlet as part of its strategy to build a leading global brand ecosystem. The 250,000 square foot center attracts more than 3 million visitors annually and supports key partners such as Nike, Adidas and Boss. Chief executive Michael Murray said the move strengthens the group's real estate strategy and expands opportunities for its brands and partners.
