UK's Frasers Group, which has interests in retail, sport and intellectual property, has increased its stake in Manchester-based online retailer N Brown Group from 19.36 per cent to 20.02 percent. The company, which became the largest shareholder in the Boohoo Group last October, strengthened its position last week by raising its stake to 22 per cent.
