Tod's Men's Fall 2024 – World Water Day

While awaiting the arrival of the new creative director Matteo Tamburini, Tod's is not standing still and, on the contrary, has big plans to expand its ready-to-wear category in stores.

For its fall collection of menswear designed by the brand's in-house team, Tod's presented a highly crafted line, featuring the trademark Pashmy, a project that aims to celebrate its craftsmanship and express the highest level of exclusive materials. Cue the Pashmy Bomber Jacket in suede treated to be water-repellent and stain-resistant that feels like pashmina (hence the name) in a warm-toned palette of chestnut and ecru or ice and teal.

The fabrics were adorned with thin strips of braided leather, which telegraphed the best of the Italian craft; Large, deep pockets accented a soft leather biker jacket, and a boxy bomber appeared to be made of denim but was actually entirely in wool and trimmed with a shearling collar.

The large Di Bags in sheepskin and the Tod's WG boot inspired by the aviator world in suede and with sheepskin lining were some of the standout accessories.

At the presentation at Villa Necchi Campiglio, the focus was on the brand's manual craftsmanship: artisans were seen putting the finishing touches on the products and the president and CEO of the Tod's Group, Diego Della Valle, spoke of the importance to emphasize “artisanal intelligence,” Not only AI contributes to the success of Made in Italy production.

The businessman said that he would soon be ready to present “a concrete project to encourage the country's artisanal work through collaboration with companies, schools and the government,” and show “how noble it is to be the owner of your hands and your future.” “.
