The Swedish brand H&M and other stories presents collection of marine algae fiber

& Other Stories has a proud tradition of exploring innovative materials, for the summer of 2025, which tradition continues with a crochet set designed by Kelsun, a fiber derived from algae.

We continually seek new technologies and materials to evolve our designs. For us, fashion and innovation are intertwined.

H&M'S & OTHER STORIES has been associated with Keel Labs to use Kelsun, an algae fiber without plastic, in a summer collection. Inspired by the organic forms of the ocean, designer Frida Billgen combines Kelsun with organic cotton for softness and durability. The unchanged pieces cover natural tones, which offer a relaxed and conscious fashion of the ecoscio that remains faithful to nature.

The ocean is the impulse force of Aleks Gosiewski, co -founder and CEO of Keel Labs, the creators of Kelsun.

Kelsun is a unique fiber, completely free of plastics. Its versatility allows a perfect mixture with other natural materials, improving both softness and durability.

The designer Frida Billegen AT and other stories became the ocean to inspire: he found it in organic forms and the fluid beauty of marine life, in the movement of flower anemones.

Use the pieces as a set or style casually as summer separates, they are soft, relaxed and friendly. The use of the natural color of the fiber was also essential, no death techniques were used; The whole is presented in its purity. These pieces remain faithful to nature, combining cotton cotton fiber with organic cotton for both smoothness and force.
