No. 21 Pre-Fall 2024 – World Water Day

Alessandro Dell'Acqua's introspective fashion phase is still in full swing, as the designer continued to creatively look inward, to the No. 21 world rather than looking to external references for inspiration. For fall 2024, he reorganized his key fashion codes to deliver a cool collection that ranged from tomboyish attitude to extra-glamorous party wear.

He continued to inject a bit of unpredictability into his basic designs, layering plaid shirts with chiffon or playing with the deceptive look of suits cut in reduced proportions that were completely covered in black and white sequins to imitate tweed from afar.

Mixing casual wear with formal wear and glitz, Dell'Acqua paired quilted work jackets with sequin pencil skirts cut from a stretchy fabric, wore a pair of vintage-inspired printed T-shirts under suits, and lined a faux fur coat with neoprene .

Knitwear, one of the designer's strong points, added to the variety of textures, from classic lambswool sweaters to fuzzy mohair ones that introduced bold pops of burgundy and yellow to the line.

Exalting the brand's signature blend of urban wearability and intriguing femininity, Dell'Acqua upped the sartorial quotient through a standout faux fur with a subtle animal effect and a delicate silk dress with black and white floral prints, before a portion The eccentric ended up taking over with duchess satin dresses and miniskirts with maxi bows and a macramé bustier with the same ornament. Drops of rhinestones hanging from sheer shirts and a sleeveless dress, as well as a cascade of feathers falling over an essential dress, led the eveningwear offering, completing a wardrobe intended to dress the 21st woman of the day at night.
