Modalisboa reveals dates for the 65th fashion week of Lisbon

Modalisboa has announced the dates for the 65th edition of Lisbon Fashion Week, which will run from October 1 to 5 in multiple locations in the Portuguese capital.

The long -term event will continue with its established multiple format. The organizers are now preparing to reveal the subject, the title and the program of complete shows of the edition. Eduarda Abbondanza and Mario Matos Ribeiro founded the event in 1991, and remains the most prominent fashion platform in Lisbon.

Pátio da Galé (Terreiro do Paço) once again will serve as the headquarters, with Sala do Risco as the main scenario, in the history of the Paço Real site and Casa da India, in Baixa Pombalina near the Tagus River. The organizers will transmit the programs and other programs in the social media channels of the Fashion Week of Lisbon and in Modalisboa.PT.

Modalisboa announced on Monday, September 1 and opened requests for mentors who want to participate in the organization of the spring/summer edition 2026. In a statement, Modalisboa explained that the selected mentors “will be part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, assuming an active role in the organization and the implementation of fashion presentations and in the various initiatives that make up the Lisbon Fashion Week program.”

The organization also accepts requests from young volunteers who will support the logistics of the event, the operations behind the stage, the track programs and the access control.

Interested applicants can request on the Modalisboa (modalisboa.pt/voluntarios) website until September 15.
