Marimekko opens a new flagship store in the causeway bay of Hong Kong

The Marimekko Finnish lifestyle design house celebrates the official inauguration of a flagship store in Hong Kong on October 16, 2025. Located in the Causeway Bay of Hong Kong, a bustling premium fashion epicenter and lifestyle marks that serve the local and tourist buyers of Leighton Roads originally open in 2012 street and real on the street. The store is operated by the fashionable and lifestyle retailed specialist LTD, Marimekko's loose franchise partner in Hong Kong and China markets since 2011.

Marimekko has opened a flagship store in the Hong Kong Causeway Bay on October 16, 2025, in association with Sidefame Ltd. Leighton Road's renewed location presents the last experimental concept of the brand, showing fashion, accessories, home products and fabrics. The store highlights Marimekko's Unikko impression and supports the 2023–2027 growth strategy focused on the company's Asia.

The exterior of the new flagship highlights the famous Unikko of Marimekko, while the interior design is inspired by the Marimekko textile printing factory in Helsinki, Finland. The store presents a cured variety of Marimekko lifestyle products that range from fashion, bags and accessories to home items, including printed fabrics.

During the strategy period of 2023–2027, Marimekko focuses on climbing his business, with Asia as the most important geographical area for international growth. The company approaches its market areas through key cities, such as Hong Kong. Recognized as an important center for creativity, fashion and design, Hong Kong offers the opportunity to create brand awareness and positioning with a broader impact on Asia.
