Marcolin Talk made its debut in New York this month.
The event, created by eyewear giant Marcolin, was held at the company's newly opened showroom at 270 Madison Avenue and focused on the theme “Boundless Visions.” Topics such as innovation, Made in Italy, design, creativity and sustainability were addressed.
The meeting was moderated by Arthur Zaczkiewicz, executive editor of strategic content development at Women's Wear Daily (WWD). Featured speakers included Alberto Acito, director of Innovit, the Italian center for innovation and culture in San Francisco; Gabriele Chiave, vice president of global creative direction – design and innovation at The Estée Lauder Companies; and Chrissa Pagitsas, CEO of Pagitsas Advisors, a leading expert in ESG, sustainability and climate risk.
Marcolin CEO and Managing Director Fabrizio Curci closed the event by reaffirming his commitment to expanding the Marcolin Talk platform to new regions. Curci also confirmed the company's goal to generate debate that inspires change and promotes social and cultural dialogue that goes beyond the eyewear industry.
Marcolin Talk NYC Follow the events in Milan and Shanghai. The New York edition welcomed more than thirty attendees, including industry leaders, media and members of the Marcolin community.
