Initially scheduled to be held in Los Angeles this Monday, January 20, in the Bel Air neighborhood, the sixth edition of LVMH Watch Week has changed its date and location due to the fires that devastated Los Angeles and the Pacific Palisades neighborhood.
According to the information received, the sixth edition of the event will be held in two phases, first in New York on January 21 and 22 and then in Paris on January 30 and 31. The event will feature the luxury group's nine emblematic brands, including Bulgari. , Hublot, Tag Heuer, Zenith, Daniel Roth, Gerald Genta and, for the first time, the brands Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co. and L'Épée 1939.
The New York event takes place in the heart of Manhattan, at Tiffany's flagship The Landmark on Fifth Avenue, as well as the nearby Louis Vuitton and Bulgari stores. In Paris, the Cheval Blanc Paris hotel of the LVMH group will host the European press, as well as the stores of several Maisons.
“From New York to Paris is the perfect destination for this sixth edition of LVMH Watch Week, uniting two essential regions for our Maisons and the LVMH Group,” says Frédéric Arnault, CEO of LVMH Watches. “Our decision to host Watch Week in the United States for the second consecutive year reflects the key position of this market, which remains at the center of our strategy, along with the deep and long-standing ties we enjoy with our American clients and partners.”
The United States constitutes a strategic market for LVMH and its Maisons. The LVMH Group has more than 43,000 employees and 1,128 stores in the United States. The country is a key driver for the Group and its Maisons, representing 25% of the Group's sales in 2023.
The Los Angeles event was to be the first to be held on the West Coast, following last year's event in Miami. Details of the event locations are expected to be announced in the coming hours.
