Luxury brand Hermes expands its presence in China

Hermes has opened a store in Wuxi, its thirty-fourth address in China. This new store shows the diversity of the sixteen métiers of the house and affirms the anchorage of Hermes in the province of Jiangsu.

Located in Center 66, in the center of the Liangxi district, the store features two levels with architecture inspired by water and stone. The façade pattern is a nod to the traditional roofs of Ming temples.

Hermes has opened its 34th store in Wuxi, China, emphasizing its commitment to Jiangsu province. Level one features silk, costume jewelery and fragrances, while level two houses women’s ready-to-wear, shoes, equestrian accessories and homewares. Hermes aims to connect with new and loyal customers, offering a combination of inspiration and local craftsmanship.

Upon entering level one, under the soft lighting of the exclusive Grecques, visitors encounter women’s silks, costume jewelry and men’s silks, as well as fragrances. Further down the road is men’s ready-to-wear, bathed in natural light. Level two houses the women’s ready-to-wear and footwear areas, as well as the equestrian accessories and homewares collections. The floor is completed with jewelry and watch areas, which lead to a private lounge, the company said in a news release.

Strengthening its presence in a city in constant evolution, Hermes invites its loyal customers and new visitors to discover the breadth and emotion of its creations in an environment that brings together local inspirations and exceptional knowledge.
